========================

Finally, I've finished it. 2 months producing animation isn't easy, you know. I hope you like it, because I've put so much effort on it.

Hmm, nice video, however, I wonder why you used Flash for this - it looks too much like frame-by-frame video, for that even movie maker is totaly ok... I've seen a few scenes which seemed animated like Barry jumping, without this frame-by-frame effect, but walking I can definatelly see is done frame-by-frame and looks choppy. Well, the good execuse for all this is actually well written scenario (but at the same time re-using old jokes from various artists) and basically nite, simple looks... also, what bothered me a bit was that you stated out you refferenced your drawings basing on ShadowLeggy's... I actually can't really see that, her style was never alike to this one really, I doubt she ever used flash either actually, but I am not sure.

Anyway, keep up the good work, I'm now going to watch part 2 :)

To start off, the "frame-by-frame" thing was a clear reference to old videos of both ShadowLeggy, Yeti112, Xarity and some other animators. They've always animated characters walking like this in their old videos (Now Yeti112 uses flash too, but the walking animation is faster). I like this kind of animation, and I won't use Movie Maker ever again, this thing gave me too many head-aches. About the ShadowLeggy's drawings, I've used hers as inspiration until I could practice and create one style for myself (the one you see now). I've created many videos with her drawing style, but deleted all of them once I created my own. You can see my old (copied from her) in this video:

Oh I see... but on the other hand - those OLD videos made by Yeti and Shadowleggy were with Movie Maker and Paint mostly, and since Yeti changed his mind and uses Flash now he stopped making frame-by-frame walking. I'd say some scenes look good frame-by-frame, but walking not really, at least not when you can use alot better techniques flash allows. I think if you just animated walking instead of making it fbf it'd be looking alot smoother and better, however, if you have problems with animating specifically walking then it's good idea to leave it as it is - I always had problems with animating legs so I always made waist-up animations so far...

I have no problems with animating walking and running. In the end of part 2, you can see Chris' feet animated, not Frame-by-frame.

Oh true! Now I realised that, hmm... why didn't you animate walking on part 1 and earlier on part 2 though? Time-saving?

That and because I like frame-by-frame stuff, it makes it look like those old videos from YouTube.

To be honest I don't like frame-by-frame, it gives this "lag" feeling while watching the video, too choppy for me really but oh well... anyway, I made script + sounds for RE2 parody but lotsa shit is coming in the way for me to finnish it, I finnished only sounds (put together) along with script, however, no time to animate it as well, I am gonna get married soon, this month, and after that I gotta study for school... would you possibly want to finnish the video for me? I'd be very grateful!

If I can ever do it, it'll be only after my RE1 parody is finished.
